Set in a 12 acre smallholding on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds. The chalk-capped Lincolnshire Wolds contain the highest ground between Yorkshire and Kent, affording extensive views to Lincoln Cathedral in the West, the sea to the East and the Fens to the South.
Most of the Wolds was designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) in 1973.

There is one 1st floor King and one ground floor double and two more on the sofa bed so can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests in all. There is also a cot and a high chair available.
